I look for this precision ramp generation data constantly, even though I basically know which notebook from 1995 it's in. Lately though, since I'm designing some voltage-controlled multivibrators (VCMV) to operate with precision over a range of 22-33 KHz (for use in my Down Conversion Frequency Synthesis concept). So it was time to post this data online, for easy reference. Also, back in the mid-90's, I did an op amp integrator rate error analysis, based on Frederiksen's Intuitive IC Op Amps, Rev. Ed. Also, a useful reference that collates data on some of the precision capacitors I've collected for EMS and audio use over the years.
